1. Agreement to Terms
These are proposed service terms for the future WorkAgent OS platform (runtime, SDKs, APIs, and agent execution interfaces — collectively, the "Services"). Viewing or browsing this website does not constitute acceptance: these terms become effective only when separately executed or accepted as a finalized agreement between the Customer and ZTICOM Tech Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). Until then they create no obligations for either party.
2. Multi-Tenant Infrastructure & Access Grant
Under the proposed terms, subject to compliance and payment of applicable subscription fees, ZTICOM Tech Ltd would grant Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the WorkAgent OS platform within designated tenant boundaries. Customer would be responsible for administrative credential confidentiality and RBAC/ABAC policy configuration.
3. Customer Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Under the proposed terms, Customer would agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass tenant isolation boundaries, PostgreSQL Row-Level Security, or HashiCorp Vault credential isolation.
- Conduct denial-of-service, penetration tests, or vulnerability evaluations against the shared infrastructure without prior written authorization from ZTICOM Tech Ltd.
- Deploy autonomous agents configured to execute unlawful transactions, violate third-party intellectual property, or bypass external API rate limitations.
- Tamper with cryptographic audit ledgers or suppress mandatory human-in-the-loop approval thresholds for high-risk write operations.
4. Autonomous Agent Execution & Human Approvals
WorkAgent OS is designed to provide infrastructure for policy-bounded agent reasoning and external tool execution. Under the proposed terms, Customer would acknowledge that:
- Agent actions are governed by customer-configured quantitative risk thresholds and policy rules.
- High-risk actions (Risk Score > 50) pause execution pending human approval with canonical SHA-256 action verification.
- Customer retains ultimate operational responsibility for approving side-effects in third-party enterprise tools.
5. Service Level Agreement & Availability
Availability commitments, maintenance windows, and service credits are pending and will be defined in an agreed SLA per deployment. No uptime percentage is currently guaranteed.
6. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
Except as expressly provided herein, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". In no event shall ZTICOM Tech Ltd be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from autonomous tool execution where authorized by Customer policies.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
